Asthma NZ Animated Short 2022
During my studies at Media Design School, I was able to get the opportunity to work on my first contract for an animated short for Asthma NZ that will be shown in Hospitals and Clinics.
This was a creature formative that we had to do for a week. Basically just having a lion walking and jumping on or off an object. This was a fun animation to work on and came with some challenges but I got there in the end
This animation here was for the final summative in the Creature Animation Component where we use what we have learnt in the previous lessons to make a fully animated Lion or Wolf.
This is a playblast of a recent animation that I was working on to get back into the basics and focus on weight and timing. There was a problem I was having where the right arm jolts a little bit and unfortunately could not figure out what the problem was.
A quick little walk cycle I wanted to work on to touch up my skills.
My 3D Animated Short Film "Home"
This was a personal project of mine to raise awareness on a serious problem in New Zealand which is child abuse and mental health.
The film went onto travel across the globe to countries like Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Home ended up winning two awards which were "Best Editing" and "People's Choice Awards" at the Maorilands Film Festival in Wellington, New Zealand.
School Project 2020
This is a school assignment where we had to create a TV Commercial for a fictional fast food restaurant. Everything was created by me, modelling, rigging, texturing, animation and rendering.
